SECTION 3 - CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY When you place an order via Cash on Delivery (COD), you are entering into a binding agreement to pay for the goods upon arrival.

  • Refusal to Accept: If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed COD parcel at the doorstep without a valid reason, Healing Essence reserves the right to blacklist the customer from future purchases and report the profile to courier databases (TCS/Leopards) for suspicious activity.
