The 7-Day Money Back Guarantee (Opened Items)

If the product arrives and feels "off" to you, or you are not satisfied with the quality, texture, or scent within your first week, you may return it.

1. Conditions for Opened Returns:

  • Timeframe: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Usage Limit: The bottle must be at least 90% full. This policy covers "testing" the product, not using it for a full treatment cycle.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us (via TCS, Leopards, or Pakistan Post).

  • Refund Value: We will refund the full product price. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Original Packaging: It must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: You need the receipt or order number.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged product (leaked bottle/broken seal) or the incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will send a replacement free of charge immediately. You do not need to pay for shipping again.

3. Change of Mind If you wish to return a non-defective item (unopened), you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item (via Post-ex, TCS, Leopards, or Trax).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

4. Refund Process Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: We will initiate a refund to your Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 2-3 business days.
